Look I maked this stuff
its stir fried panga fillet (sliced und diced salted peppered and piripirid) stir fried with red onions, red and yellow paprika and black olives... parsley and lemon juice added at the end of cooking (me squeeze that lemon gud)
served with couscous (spiced up with cumin,yellow curry and paprika powder and fluffed up in vegetable boullion) and a little salad made of lettuces, cucumber and tomato

should be pretty healthy me thinks
other than a little salt i added to the fishy and whatevers in the bouilion it was all just fresh ingredients

Paprika is the most underrated spice.
